For your long distance move or if you're moving into storage, we complete an accurate itemized inventory list. Then, each article of furniture is carefully wrapped in a quilted moving pad to ensure it arrives safely at your new residence. When our movers deliver your goods to your new residence, each item is placed in the room or location of your choice. During transit, the Great Canadian Van Lines’ proprietary system eliminates the old method of multiple stops along the way, so common in other large moving companies. Your belongings arrive sooner.

We Treasure Your Piano

Pianos are a treasured investment. We have trained our employees in the specialized skills required to move pianos safely. Rest assured that we only allow our highest qualified expert piano movers to dismantle and reassemble your baby grand piano. We can also fully dismantle an upright piano down to the sound board for those deliveries to inaccessible locations within your home.

Storage Facility Available

As a local company in the Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Mississauga area we welcome you to make in-person inquiries at our Oakville office. You will be able to sit down with one of our moving consultants to discuss your next local or long distance move.

Our current location is modern and spacious. We will give you a tour of our new, climate-controlled storage facility which is alarmed and security-patrolled. We will be happy to provide you with copies of our handy Moving Tips checklist. Our friendly and courteous staff is ready and willing to answer all of your relocation questions.
