Every year the City of Toronto puts on an event to light the big Christmas tree that is at Nathan Philips Square. Since 1967, this event has been held on the last weekend of November and is great for the whole family. Enjoy skate parties, live music performances and of course an amazing light show that will have you waiting for next years event.
Anyone who appreciates great artwork is going to instantly love Nuit Blanche. This festival takes place all-night, until the wee hours of the morning, artists set up their installations throughout downtown Toronto and make it available to the public. This tends to be a late night, so be sure to take a nap before you get started with this event.
The leaves during autumn are just beautiful and there is no better time of the year to take advantage of the trails and path in Toronto parks.
