Cavalcade of Lights

Every year the City of Toronto puts on an event to light the big Christmas tree that is at Nathan Philips Square. Since 1967, this event has been held on the last weekend of November and is great for the whole family. Enjoy skate parties, live music performances and of course an amazing light show that will have you waiting for next years event.

Nuit Blanche

Anyone who appreciates great artwork is going to instantly love Nuit Blanche. This festival takes place all-night, until the wee hours of the morning, artists set up their installations throughout downtown Toronto and make it available to the public. This tends to be a late night, so be sure to take a nap before you get started with this event.

Toronto Parks

The leaves during autumn are just beautiful and there is no better time of the year to take advantage of the trails and path in Toronto parks. It makes for a great date to just go for a walk with your significant other in one of Toronto’s many parks. Here are some Toronto parks for you to check out.

Raptors and Maple Leafs

Fall means that the boys are back in town. The Air Canada Center is going to be rocking again on a nightly basis with our home teams the Toronto Raptors and the Toronto Maple Leafs. The Raptors are hoping to improve on their playoff run from last year and finally become Eastern Conference Champions, should be an exciting season. The Maple Leafs are coming off their best season in about five years and have the fan base excited with their young talented players.
