We would recommend this area for a person who is regularly on the go. The area is filled with condos and apartment buildings (high population density), as well as lovely restaurants and coffee shops that are often occupied by young people in the area. The Mount Pleasant West neighborhood has great access to transit, which makes it a popular spot for those who work and spend a lot of time downtown Toronto. Everyone loves the beach, right? So why not live there for 365 days? The Beaches are one of Toronto’s most popular neighborhoods, especially in the Summer of course, for obvious reasons. The Beaches neighborhood is popular for its 3.5km boardwalk, in which you can always find a couple enjoying a nice walk, or someone going on a bike ride as their exercise for the day. The Mimico neighborhood is one of Toronto’s hidden/forgotten gems, it is a fairly quiet community that is packed with tons of outdoor activities all year around.
